About the job Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the development team, business analysts, and QAs as well as stakeholders and managers.
  • Able to write user stories and requirement specification document
  • Create a detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured project and release plan
  • Take a lead role in project activities such as design review and requirements inspection and software design
  • Conducting requirement meetings and assisting with the determination of project requirements.
  • Distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Effectively and accurately, communicate relevant project information to the team and management.
  • Track the progress and quality of work being performed by all internal departments.
  • Use Jira to monitor project plans, work hours, and schedules.
  • Ensure clients needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Education and Required Skills:

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science
  • Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of IT industry experience as a software developer.
  • At least two years of team management experience
  • Must have a strong knowledge of agile and scrum
  • Team player, methodical, self-starter, process-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience in Web Application & Rest API
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, etc.
  • Create a detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured project plan
