We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Techno Commercial Pre-Sales Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business, supporting our sales efforts by analyzing market trends, understanding client requirements, and crafting compelling business proposals that deliver tangible business value

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales development teams to understand client needs and objectives.
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into comprehensive business solutions and technical specifications.
  • Develop detailed business proposals, including project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and cost estimates.
  • Create compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase our software services to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to project implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team by addressing client queries, preparing RFP responses, and participating in client meetings.

Qualification and Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related fields
  • Proven experience up to 1 year as a Business Analyst or Pre-Sales Analyst in the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools, CRM software, and project management tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering business proposals and driving sales growth.
